One of the features that Apple usually reserves when announcing new iPhone models is the amount of RAM included in the different models. This, in fact, does not appear in any section of the company's website, not even in the list of specifications, where we can see both the storage and some more technical characteristics of the processor. This year, according to the aforementioned medium, the four iPhone models have the same memory. Specifically, 6 GB of RAM is included in the iPhone 14 and the two Pro variants.. If we compare them with last year's models, we only find differences in the iPhone 14, since its predecessors, the iPhone 13 (and 13 mini) had 4 GB of RAM. The iPhone 13 and 13 Pro, on the other hand, already had 6 GB of RAM.

Apple, yes, could have selected a different architecture for the iPhone 14 Pro models. At least, this was suggested by the analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who explained that the most powerful versions they could arrive with an LPDDR5 RAMwhile the base models would maintain the LPDDR4X RAM of the iPhone 13 Pro.

To this, we must also add another important difference: the iPhone 14 and Pro variants do not have the same processingr. Apple has gone for an A15 Bionic chip for the base 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch models. The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max, on the other hand, have a new A16 Bionic chip, which includes a 5-core GPU with up to 50% higher bandwidth speed compared to the previous generation, and a 6-core CPU .

Regarding storage, both the iPhone 14 and the Pro models have 128, 256 and 512 GB versions. The Pro models, on the other hand, also have a variant with 1 TB of internal memory. All four terminals will be available for pre-order on September 9, and will officially go on sale on September 16.
